About Me
My career didn’t start in strategy — it started in execution.
I began on the front lines of revenue: selling, building pipelines, fixing broken processes, and learning firsthand what actually drives growth inside technology companies. Over time, I realized something important: most startups don’t fail because of lack of effort — they fail because their growth systems aren’t designed to scale.
That realization pushed me beyond sales and into Go-to-Market strategy, Revenue Operations, and product alignment.
Today, I operate at the intersection of HR Tech, Fintech, and B2B SaaS — building growth engines that connect product, marketing, and sales into one cohesive system. I help companies move from reactive revenue to predictable revenue by designing the infrastructure behind the scenes: positioning, GTM architecture, CRM ecosystems, pipeline strategy, forecasting models, and revenue attribution.
My approach is data-driven but practical. Strategic but execution-focused. I don’t just design frameworks — I build systems teams actually use.
